Spring Season
The Team MSL Girls Spring Season will begin in April 2013. The goal of the Spring Season is to develop and improve players through fundamentals, skill work, and athleticism. 25% of all practices will be devoted to plyometrics to build athleticism. The season will include both practices and inter-league tournaments. The Spring Season is open to any 5th – 9th grade girl.
Spring Season Format
Each registered player will receive both instruction and game time. Fundamentals addressed will include: one on one offensive moves, rebounding, defense, footwork, balance, pivoting, passing, shooting, spacing, and game simulation. Advanced plyometric training will also be done to improve the speed and agility of athletes.

April: 3, 5, 10, 12*, 17, 19, 22*
